Our Motel is in the Center of Armidale, all our rooms are away from the main roads and back onto the church and city park grounds. We are a modern Brick/Concrete 3.5 Star Motel.
Price Information
All prices start from advertised price and include 1 person. $10 extra per person per night.
Not all rooms are the same and prices may reflect availability of particular rooms. Prices may vary slightly from online booking systems due to additional charges and commissions, we recommend calling our friendly staff directly to get an exact price and discuss your needs.

Our Booking Terms / Cancellation Policies
When booking with the Estelle Kramer Motel please be aware of our booking terms and cancellation policies.
A Credit Card is needed to secure a booking unless otherwise agreed by management. Full Payment is required on Check in.
Cancellations or changes must be done 7 days prior to the booking date, otherwise the full amount or a cancellation fee of $35 per room per night WILL be charged to your Credit Card.
We make no exceptions for "no shows" and late changes/cancellations/reduction of agreed accommodation for any reason.
This includes; Individuals & companies who make last minute changes due to weather conditions, project changes, the legal system such as courts, early finish of a project(s) and or other various issues that are no fault of ours.
In particular an example of a situation often arises when a company books rooms for 10 days and then either cancel the whole stay or reduce the stay down to 3 nights with little or no warning, we will charge the full original agreed amount.
We except payment via Direct Deposit, but the monies must be cleared prior to stay.
A non refundable deposit and purchase order may be required for large and high risk bookings in peak periods.
All deposits are non-refundable.
While we endeavor to keep our bookings accurate, mistakes can be made particularly with very advanced bookings, large group bookings and people who make lots of changes to their bookings. We always advice that you phone us 1 week beforehand to check your booking in peak periods.

*Wireless Internet is provided at no additional charge to our guests only. Our wireless system is not perfect and is provided "as is" working or not, it may not be compatible with all computers. We DO NOT provide technical assistance with connecting to our wireless network. Our Internet connection is high-speed broadband. ** Minibars do not have alcoholic drinks, *** All Apartment Style rooms have full undercover parking. Under cover parking is available to most rooms, undercover may be full or partial depending on the size of the car. ~Golden Chain discounts will only apply when mentioned when making the booking or on check in with a Golden Chain Membership Card. Our layout is generally disabled friendly with most rooms ground floor, however the Apartment style rooms have steps.
